How to Purchase
Custom orders can be placed at anytime by email me privately with item and yarn requests, payment for these orders are due prior to work on the order being started.

Turnaround Time (TAT, time from when the order is placed to when it is ready to ship) is 2-3 weeks, but subject to change at any time, I will notify buyer if it is over this time frame before taking your money. This TAT does not include shipping time!!

RTS (Ready to Ship) these items are already made and available to ship immediately. Please allow 2-3 days for items to ship.

USPS Priority Mail-

Small Flat Rate Box- $8 (fits small items)
Padded Envelope- $8
Regional A- $8 to $12 depends on weight & location
Regional B- $12 and up depends on weight & location
Large Flat Rate- $15 and up
**I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, if a package says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS provider.
Disclosure
All items are handmade and may have minor imperfections. I am human, I do try my best to offer the best quality I am capable of, and I do assure you any imperfections an item may have will not affect the use of the item sold, or I wouldn’t be selling it.
Due to the nature of my products all sales are final, returns will not be accepted.
If you have any issues with an order, please reach out to me so we can come to an agreement for your satisfaction.
All items come from a pet & smoke free home.
Upon receiving your items it is encouraged to wash and dry them to avoid any detergent sensitivity.
I do as a person have the right to choose not to make whatever I may not want to make, this is not personal to anyone, if I had a problem with a person they wouldn't be on this page but if making something will cost me more than what I would make selling it to you, than that is my decision and your respect in understanding that is appreciated.
